If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to ME in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively I AM also happy to exchange the item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches ME. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to ME is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR CUSHION I WILL DO MY UTMOST TO HAVE YOUR PRODUCT REPAIRED AS NEW - IF NOT POSSIBLE I CAN OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR FULL REFUND.
Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. REPLACING THE CUSHION MAY TAKE UPTO 4 WEEKS DEPENDING ON STOCK AVAILABILITY.
If you use THE bespoke service - WHICH INCLUDES HAVING THE SAME PRINT ON BOTH SIDES - with your own combination of prints or matching colours to youR colour scheme I AM unable to accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. IF THE FAULT IS RELATED TO THE MAKE-UP OF THE CUSHION IT WILL BE REPAIRED AND RETURNED TO YOU.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ORDER A CUTTING OF THE FABRICS TO CHECK THE COLOURS AND HANDLE BEFORE ORDERING METERAGE AS FABRICS ARE PRINTED AND CUT TO ORDER SO CANNOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THERE IS A FAULT.
Although every effort is made to ensure continuity between our swatches, cushions and fabrics, due to the printing process subtle colour variations may occur between batches. This is a normal and expected part of working with printed textiles.
